Jessica Elliott is a Principal Transport Planner at ttc with a first-class BA (Hons) in Human Geography and over a decade of transport planning expertise. Known for her positive, can-do attitude, she has helped deliver major projects right across the UK.

Jessica launched her career at Amec Foster Wheeler (now WSP) before moving to Vectos (now SLR), where she rose to Principal Transport Planner. Over the years, she has built a rich portfolio of work across residential, logistics and distribution, student accommodation, commercial, and educational sectors.

Her skills span the preparation of Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, feasibility studies, and Environmental Impact Assessments, alongside detailed highway design and junction modelling. She knows the planning application process inside-out, from initial submission through to post-application support—helping clients discharge planning conditions and monitor travel plans effectively.
