Olivia is a Senior Transport Planning Consultant, having recently achieved her undergraduate degree in Transport Planning at Aston University, being a part of the first cohort in the country to have this degree.
During her degree, she carried out a focus project on ‘Dutch engineering for cycle infrastructure in the UK’. This project took her to Holland and Germany to research continental road designs that support cycle use. This knowledge, experience and understanding was then used to support the redesign of Doncaster City Council’s cycle routes in line with LTN 1/20, which was a particular highlight of her Transport Planning journey so far.
As someone who grew up in the Midlands, Olivia is most proud of the impact and support she has supplied to local projects, such as the Black Country Local Plan, Worcestershire Hospital Trust Sustainable Transport Strategy, Birmingham City University and plenty of residential schemes in Leicestershire. Being based in ttc’s Birmingham office, she is looking forward to continuing to make an impact in the Midlands.
Joining ttc, she will support and head up projects with clients all across the UK – liaising across teams and directly with stakeholders to bring her expert advice and experience into each and every project.
