‘ttc’ were instructed by Selco Builders Warehouse to provide transport and highways advice to accompany a planning application for alterations to create a builders warehouse, situated off Padholme Road East, Peterborough, located in the Eastern Industry area.

As part of the works, a Transport Statement was prepared, which reviewed local highway safety, accessibility, access arrangements into the site, inclusive of vehicle tracking, parking appraisal, servicing arrangements, junction capacity modelling and consultation with Peterborough City Council Highways and their consultants Milestone.
