Anthony Lyczkowski Joins The Transportation Consultancy as Assistant Consultant
The Transportation Consultancy (ttc) is pleased to welcome Anthony Lyczkowski to the team, joining as an Assistant Transport Consultant.
Anthony holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography and brings valuable hands-on experience from a 12-month industry placement as an Undergraduate Transport Planner. During that time, he gained exposure to a broad range of development planning work – including Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, Construction Traffic Management Plans, AutoCAD drawings, and WCHARS assessments laying a strong foundation for his professional career.
Adrian Simms, Regional Director at ttc, comments,
“We’re delighted to welcome Anthony to our Leamington office as our newest graduate team member. His warm, calm nature and eagerness to get stuck in stood out, along with his genuine commitment to supporting TTC’s growth.
Outside of the office, Anthony dedicates a lot of his time to volunteering with the Scouts, travelling, and keeping fit with the aspiration of completing a 70.3 Ironman event in 2026. His proactive and community-focused ethos aligns perfectly with TTC’s value.
We’re excited to work alongside Anthony and to support his development as he grows into another valuable and skilled member of our team. Welcome aboard Anthony!”
Notable projects
A project Anthony is particularly proud of is the redevelopment of Cheltenham Lido, where he worked alongside colleagues to deliver a comprehensive suite of CAD drawings to support the scheme. The outcome was a series of significant improvements for the site, including:
- Increased public parking provision
 - New EV charging points
 - Solar panel installation on carport roofs
 - Dedicated pedestrian access routes for safety
 - Better queuing management and safer cycle access

In addition to this, Anthony also supported a range of residential and commercial schemes, including several solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects – giving him early exposure to the growing intersection between transport planning and sustainable energy.
Anthony comments,
“I’m thrilled to be joining ttc as an Assistant Consultant. The small, personable team has made my transition from university to the professional world seamless. I’m eager to develop my skills, deepen my understanding of the sector, and I’m confident that the team’s wealth of experience and knowledge will support my growth.”
ttc is delighted to have Anthony on board and looks forward to supporting him on his journey as we continue delivering insightful, no-nonsense advice for clients and projects across the UK.
