The Transportation Consultancy ‘ttc’ appoint James McGavin as Director
The Transportation Consultancy ‘ttc’ celebrate appointing James McGavin, BA (Hons) MSc (Eng) MCIHT, as Director, as of October 2020. Joining ‘ttc’ as Managing Consultant in 2018, James has been invaluable in the company’s growth and continued positive client outcomes over the last 2 years’.
James comments, “I am delighted to be appointed as a Director. Over the last two years’ I have thoroughly enjoyed working with George and the team, delivering great results for clients and driving the business forward. I look forward to the future and to further expanding our loyal and diverse client base.”
Since being with ttc James has led on high profile projects such as the University of Oxford Science Area Landscape Masterplan, which delivered a high quality, non-motorised user-led shared space scheme in the heart of the University’s highly regarded teaching and research campus. James has also been the lead Transport Planning Consultant on the Marina Centre redevelopment in Great Yarmouth, several residential development schemes throughout the UK, a new Hotel in London, and is currently working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver the New University of Peterborough.
A key part of James’ role is to expand and diversify the ‘Development Control Portfolio’ of the business, by working with, and expanding on, the company’s education and public sector client base. James has successfully helped to deliver a number of high-profile schemes and continues to receive praise from clients, which has led to repeat business and recommendations to new clients.
